They're Back!!!

This winter has been particularly cold and the number of icebergs seen along the coast and in the bays around Newfoundland has increased this year. Each iceberg is a piece of art no matter what size. Here are photos of ones we have seen in the past month.

But the biggest one of all came to Ferryland, Newfoundland in the beginning of April --- when the whole world was watching.  Ferryland is on the east coast, south of St. John's and large icebergs are not as common here.

  1. It doesn't appear that you went to Labrador during your stay in Newfoundland? I have to suggest doing that trip as well, while its the same province the two are quite different experiences!
