A Slug Fest!

     It rained all night the first night on the road and in the morning when we were packing up, I noticed black slugs of all sizes. I was so excited like a kid in a candy shop although you wouldn't want to eat these. Apparently even the birds won't eat them. Here are some photos of them.

 These slugs are from Terra Nova National Park.

     In Ontario, when it rains the worms come out and you can see them all over. In Newfoundland it is the slug. I found it fascinating.
